Refund policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise has not been used and is in its original packaging.  Return shipment is at the purchaser’s expense.  You must contact us at 512-292-0999.  Please enclose your original packing slip with return.  Credit will be applied to your credit card once the return has been received and inspected.  Should you return a product without packaging, a 15% restocking charge may be applied.
